That’s a quote as regards training philosophy from my friend and fellow Perform Better speaker Todd Durkin‘s first ever book – The IMPACT Body Plan.
I’ve spent a lot of hours on the road at conferences with Todd and down at his facility (Fitness Quest 10) in San Diego. And one of the things that no one can accusing Todd of lacking is passion for what he does. But getting the type of results he gets requires more than passion – it requires solid ability to get the job done. After all – it’s skills that pay the bills!
