Rachel and I took a break for a week in Cabo San Lucas last year. We had a great time – but we still managed to get in a daily workout.

This was the Cabo Vampire workout (as it was SO HOT – it ended up draining the life out of us for the rest of the day!)

TRX Inverted Row
TRX suspended lunge
TX Chest press
TRX single leg squat
(each leg)

We performed as many circuits of 10 reps as possible in 20 mins.

Then we did a KILLER superset for 3 rounds:

2A: TRX Swimmers Pull
2B: Shuttle sprints (these quickly turned into shuttle jogging)

and finished with two rounds of 12 reps of
3: TRX Suspended Crunches to Body Saw

The TRX is a great workout tool if you are traveling. It is literally a full gym that you can take with you.

There were more people in attendance watching the game in Scotland than live in the entire country of Liechtenstein.

It should have been a one-sided game. It wasn’t. Read the rest of this entry »

“If someone hands you a million dollars, you’d better hurry up and become a millionaire. A very rich man once said, “If you took all the money in the world and divided it equally among everybody, it would soon be back in the same pockets it was before.”

“Rich people think differently from poor and middle-class people. They think differently about money, wealth, themselves, other people, and pretty well every other facet of life.”
